Practice manual for enforcement authorities
Following the introduction on 31 March 2008 of parking enforcement under the Traffic Management Act 2004, this new version of the practice manual was published.
It is intended both as a training tool and a continuing source of reference for all users. We hope that it will succeed in these aims and prove to be a helpful guide on the practice of the tribunal.
